A T D Workouts

My philosophy is carried out through:
- A high volume of game-speed reps particular to the player's strengths and how they will play within their offense. - Establishing and maintaining rhythm. - Playing at different speeds and efficiently changing and manipulating speeds. - Isolated skill-drills targeted towards accelerating the development process.
75 minute detailed workouts with four players of the same skill level. Workouts will be tailored made for the four players in the workout. The Attention To Detail skills workout will be split into four phases.
1 - Players will efficiently work on isolation ball-handling, shooting, scoring and finishing drills to warm up.
2 - Players will go through game-speed progression scoring reps specific to the athlete's needs.
3 - Players will develop their "scoring" instincts for the moves and movements by reading controlled defenders.
4 - Players will compete against a live defense with an emphasis on the session focus.
Group discounts for groups of four that register together.
Reserve your desired session time (Once the first player RSVP's for a time that particular session will only be available to players that are the same skill level as the first player to sign up.)
